Chicago Fire Truck -  4″ x 6″ Watercolor

I painted this from a photo by Savatage at WetCanvas.  I had a great time with it.

I bought a new vinyl cutter yesterday and it is supposed to be here today, so I can get back to making signs.  At home, in the mornings, I’ve been working on more bookmarks.  I think I have 8 of them inked.  It’s a great project to take my mind off of computers.  I’ll share later.

Weird Space – 5″ x 7″ Watercolor & Sharpie

This is my painting of the dance floor at the historic Bell Barn from Indian Head, Sask. (as viewed from above), posted by Bonnie (Artastic) at WetCanvas.  There is not enough space here to tell you everything that is wrong with this, but it is kinda trippy to look at.  Don’t try to walk immediately after viewing this…. you may be a little dizzy.

I am sure those Budweisers he has in his hand are for after the flight.

Wooooo hooooo…… watch out below!  he he   This is my 3rd “word” depiction for the Art House Co-op Canvas Project 3.  I had so much fun with this one!  Have you ever noticed, the brighter the color… the more fun I have?  Here are some more views.



My words for the project are Dive, Oboe and Pineapple.  We are supposed to paint our version of the words we are given on 4″ x 4″ x 1.5″ canvases, provided by Art House Co-op.  You can see the other two entries here and here.
