Easter Bunny

“When thinking won’t cure fear, action will.”
– William Clement Stone

Easter Bunny
4″ x 6″ Watercolor Postcard

Here’s a little bunny for those of you who didn’t get enough yesterday!  :)

About William Clement Stone

American businessman William Clement Stone overcame an impoverished childhood to head an insurance empire. He was born in 1902 in Chicago. His father died when he was three, leaving the family in debt. Stone dropped out of school to help his mother sell insurance. He called cold calls “gold calls,” and started each day saying, “I feel happy! I feel healthy! I feel ter-r-r-ific!” He cowrote the book Success Through a Positive Mental Attitude with Napoleon Hill. He died in 2002 at age 100.

I like that!  I do that, too.  I start each day, saying “I’m happy, healthy and lucky to have this wonderful life!”  I just keep that up all day long.  It really does work!  :)

I love this quote and the idea for starting each day! I am posting this on my computer today as a reminder.

How are flight lessons going?

Thanks, Vickie! I like that quote, too! The flight lessons are supposed to start Monday. I had bronchitis & pneumonia, which grounded me for two weeks, then we've had the strong Oklahoma winds! I have two lessons scheduled next week. Cross your fingers that the wind dies down.

I hope all is going well with you!

Sorry about the illness...and those Oklahoma winds...well, that is another story. In the almost 10 years I lived there the winds rarely died down, and on those days I was begging for wind if it was summer just to survive the heat!

I bet you will be in the air soon...and having a blast.

Things have been slow for me...taking care of an ill father has sidelined med. However, I am back home and hope to be back to designing. I am contemplating a visit to the Atlanta Gift Mart in July if at all possible.

I have been creating journals for my etsy shop...this is a just for fun sideline and one of those streams of income. Check them out at

Have fun flying and keep me posted on the lessons.

I would LOVE to go do one of those shows. Are you thinking of having a booth, or just going? I'm off to check your Etsy shop. I haven't been there in a while.

We need to do some catching up soon. :)
